Not everything that has become accepted as normal in marketing feels right to us. We believe that trust grows where communication remains true to reality. The ONYWA CODE outlines the eight principles that guide our work. They define our standard for authentic communication.
People with genuine connection
The people featured in our work have a genuine connection to the cause, the organisation or the company.
We tell real stories. We do not invent or artificially dramatise personal stories or life experiences. Because reality already provides everything good communication needs.
To us, diversity is more than stereotypical representation. The people featured in our work are not selected based on trends, quotas or political agendas, but on the reality of the context they belong to.
Emotions may be amplified, but never invented. Empathy grows from real experiences, not from staged tears, fabricated stories or manufactured emotional appeal.
Whenever the real location is accessible, we tell the story there. Because no studio conveys context, character and credibility as naturally as the place where the story actually happens.
